Village North - a bustling village in itself where you can find all the necessities for your stay. In Whistler's Marketplace, you will find a liquor store, starbucks coffee, a supermarket, postal office, pharmacy, video store and lots of shops and activity centres. The free shuttle bus makes 2 stops at the Marketplace, taking you to the base of both mountains in a matter of minutes. Walk there and it is about 5-10 minutes through the village. The pubs and restaurants are only minutes away, but after hours you can retreat back to Village North where it is much quieter. Both my studio and one bedroom are located in this area. Whistler Creekside Village has seen an flurry of activity over the past couple of years and has its own amenities. This is Whistler's original village preferred by most locals for quick up-loads in the morning and great parking. Dusty's pub at the base of Whistler mountain is a fabulous apres ski. The Dave Murray run will be the site of the Olympic downhill in 2010 which will be in Creekside. This area boasts the only Peak to valley ski run in Whistler, and it runs right past our complex.
